Develop and optimize transmission calibration for shift quality, drivability, and performance. Perform vehicle and bench testing to validate transmission behavior under various driving conditions. Analyze CAN/logging data, identify issues, and implement calibration improvements. Collaborate with software, powertrain, validation, and supplier teams to resolve transmission-related issues. Document calibration changes, test results, and support project milestones and production releases.
