Additional Notes

Varied job balancing an HR role (team coach part) with strategic role (chapter lead part) for around 20-25% of the time. The rest is being a senior developer at client projects. This can be in an architect, expert, tech lead, or advisory role.
The tech stack I work with is mostly Java based, with sone full stack thing here and there.
