I can take my holidays whenever BUT i need to be available at most times and my direct report or my manager should be able to reach me in case of urgencies. most can be solved through phone so not too bad. Really stressful and lot of responsibility, only worth it because of mobility and bonus. vacations include flextime, seniority holidays etc, can vary from 29 to 34 per year, national holidays from weekends can be taken anytime.
